Remember, lights should not be left on at the end of the work day for the janitorial company. Assign someone to make sure the appliances and lights are turned off when employees are leaving the building.

Your building is equipped with a time clock system that will control common area lighting such as elevator lobbies, corridors and restrooms. Lighting in these areas will come on at 6:00 AM and turn off between 9:00 PM and 11:00 PM (depending on the janitorial staff service schedule) Monday through Sunday. At all other times emergency lighting will remain on and provide adequate illumination for entering and exiting these areas.
