Building Access
The building is open weekdays from 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
Access during these times is unrestricted. Access to the building other than the above times and on weekends is available with a card access key.
- Additional card access keys are available through the Management Office for a minimal non-refundable activation fee. Tenants are responsible for tracking card numbers issued to employees.
- Access cards will only let you onto your floor and the garage (if you pay for a monthly garage parking pass) or the lobby.
- We charge an activation fee of $18.00 per card. This will be non-refundable and can be paid by a company or individual. If cards are lost or damaged and or need to be issued to new employees, a $18.00 fee will also be collected.
We strongly recommend that you attempt to collect the access cards from employees that are leaving, along with their office keys. This will allow you to re-use the cards for other employees.
When employment changes are made, please contact our office as soon as possible. This will allow us to deactivate cards and help ensure the integrity of the building and your offices. It is to each company’s benefit to keep us apprised of changes in personnel that currently possess access cards. The information can be emailed to me at jlozier@manchesterfinancialgroup.com. Just mention the date the employee is leaving the company so we know which date to deactivate the card. If you re-use a card, you will have to notify the Management Office when to activate it again and the new employee name and if they are parking at the building.
Those employees that have parking passes will be given garage access for that particular month.
The building hours are:
Front: Monday - Friday, unlock at 8:00 AM and lock at 5:30 PM
Garage Gate: Monday - Friday, unlock at 7:00 AM and lock at 9:00 PM
Stairwell from Garage: Always Locked
First Floor Restrooms: Always Locked
Prospect Stairwell Door to Garage: Always Locked
The elevator timer hours are:
- Monday - Friday, unlock at 8:00 AM and lock at 5:30 PM
Therefore, if the elevators are being used before 8:00 AM, Monday through Friday or after 5:30 PM or on the weekends, you will need to present your card at the reader and press the floor number.
Please know that if you are seeing a client late in the evening, you should walk them to the elevator and present your card and press the floor number so that they can exit into the parking garage if they parked there. If not, they will only be able to exit at the main lobby and will not have any access back into the parking garage.
Anyone in the building can always exit into the first floor lobby without any card.
