To avoid delays in payment, please notify your accounts payable that the rent is due on or before the FIRST OF EACH MONTH. You will be sent a monthly statement which will include any additional charges.

If you do not agree with the balance due on your account, please contact the Management Office. Any payment not received after ten (10) days will be considered delinquent. Rent is still due on the first of the month whether a rent statement was received.
