All elevators contain an emergency telephone directly connected to a 24/7 dispatcher and they can contact the elevator maintenance service company for the building. For major problems, just push the phone button and it will automatically dial the emergency dispatcher for you...

• If the elevator is stalled between floors, STAY CALM. The elevator company will dispatch an engineer to your location and get you out of the elevator as quickly as possible.
• DO NOT use the red emergency button to hold the elevator. If the elevator should stop between floors, check that this has not been accidentally depressed.
• Report minor problems to the Management Office.

Contact the Management Office to arrange for use of the elevator for large deliveries and those requiring the use of hand carts and dollies.
