Moving Procedures
Please notify the Management Office at least 48 hours in advance prior to moving any furnishings in or out of the building via a Freight Elevator Reservation Form. Upon notification, arrangements will be made to pad the elevators and provide any other assistance that may be necessary.
All vehicles used for loading and unloading must arrange for parking with the Management Office (858) 456-1801. Any damage caused to any elevator or to the building during a move will be charged to the tenant.
Your moving company will be required to provide a Certificate of Insurance showing $1 million General Liability coverage as well as Workers’ Compensation and Auto Liability coverage. Manchester Financial Group and Landmark Construction Company of San Diego are to be named as Additional Insured and as Certificate Holder. The Additional Insured requirement must be included and supported by an attached Endorsement Page for the certificate to be accepted.
For trash removal, please clearly label TRASH and BASURA on all packing materials and place in a conspicuous place for night pick up. Any additional charges for the janitorial service for extra trash removal will be charged to the tenant. If you need any additional janitorial services, please notify the Management Office.
