Q: How do I request a service call?
A: Log in to the Tenant Center.

Q: Who do I contact for vending machine problems?
A: Please call the Management Office and report it.

Q: Can I bike to work?
A: Yes! Use the bike rack in the parking structure.

Q: Where can I smoke?
A: Outside and at least 50 feet away from building entrances.

Q: Can I bring in a space heater?
A: Space heaters aren’t allowed in the building.

Q: I work after the building’s normal hours, how do I request heating and/or air conditioning?
A: You can request after hours service, but there is a cost associated and we require 48 hour business day hours.
