Tenants and Vendors both need to have insurance certificates (“COI”) on hand while in the Manchester Financial Building @ 7979 Ivanhoe Avenue building. Tenant leases state the insurance requirements. The Management Office will provide the vendor’s our insurance requirements. The Landlord and Management Company must be named as additional insured.
