Tenant Improvement / Construction

Any tenant improvement / construction, remodeling or electrical work performed must be coordinated through the Management Office to ensure that all work meets building, safety and fire code requirements and maintains architectural quality control.

If you contemplate any such work, please involve us as early as possible to reduce time loss and ensure expeditious completion of your plans.

Manchester Financial Group may have some recommendations of contractors to perform additional work on your suite. Some outside contractors do not have the knowledge of the building and often encounter technical difficulties which result in higher costs to the tenant.

We have a form that needs to be signed by all outside vendors and a certficate of insurance must be provided naming the landlord and property management company as additional insureds

Any work initiated without the approval of the building owner is subject to removal at the tenant's expense. This procedure will be strictly enforced, since both the building owner and the tenant may incur substantial risk if work does not meet all applicable legal requirements.

All work must be permitted and inspected by applicable municipal inspectors.
