HVAC / Air Conditioning
Air conditioning is provided as needed in your office suite Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM. There is service on the weekends from 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM. The air conditioning system has been adjusted for your comfort. If you are a retail tenant, the air conditioning hours are dictated by your Lease agreement.
Each thermostat must be manually adjusted for heating or cooling by the Tenant.
Blinds have been installed as a building standard item for your convenience. These window coverings must remain closed during periods of direct sun to allow adequate temperature control.
After hours air conditioning must be requested from the Management Office at least two business days prior to when the additional usage is required. A charge of $50.00 per hour will be billed to the tenant for this additional usage.
